About Clear Reach
Clear Reach Consulting was founded by Carol Rozumalski, who has been offering consulting services since 2011. Carol’s passion for accessibility and justice started early, having joined disability rights protests as a child and fighting for the Americans with Disabilities Act in college. Over the years, she has worked on projects improving accessibility in various sectors, including homelessness outreach and wheelchair-accessible services.
In partnership with Talitha Consults, Carol brings a unique mix of advocacy, community planning, and education to help businesses and organizations create inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive. Carol has collaborated with Talitha Consults on projects across the United States:

Mission
Our mission is to help organizations create inclusive and accessible spaces and experiences by offering expert coaching and advice on disability accessibility, diversity, and fairness. By working together, teaching, and offering practical solutions, we aim to build places where everyone, no matter their ability, can succeed and take part fully.
Vision
We imagine a world where accessibility and inclusion are a natural part of every place and experience—whether it's physical spaces, online, or in organizations. Everyone, no matter their abilities, should have fair chances and access to joy. Our goal is to help businesses and communities become leaders in making things accessible and welcoming for all.

Core Values
Caring and Inclusion: We care about understanding how people with disabilities feel and what they need. We want to make sure everyone feels welcome, included, and treated fairly in every place they go.
Working Together: We believe that when we work together with others, we can make a bigger difference. By listening and sharing ideas, we help make places and experiences better for everyone.
Honesty and Trust: We promise to be honest and trustworthy in everything we do. We build strong relationships by treating people with respect and making sure our work truly helps make things better for them.
About Me

My Story
My name is Carol Rozumalski and I am an accessibility coach and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience in helping organizations create more inclusive and accessible environments. This expertise is born out of being a disabled GenXer living a life uncharted. Having reached adulthood before the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was even a “thing”, I encountered inaccessible environments and experiences on a daily basis. I had to find ways that worked before many accessible practices were commonplace. Solutions were forged from embarrassment, humor, determination, grit, creativity - and most importantly - the strength of the relationships I had with the people around me. I made a lot of mistakes and I have a lot of funny stories as a result, but more importantly, I learned a lot of lessons, and I am eager to share them with you.
Spoiler alert: reaching accessibility comes with making mistakes and it is through centering relationships that we find the best solutions.
I am based in Seattle, Washington and I have worked with both government and non-profit organizations across the United States to improve diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) through policy development, accessibility assessments, and leadership training.
